Accountability

Corrections & revisions

Factual corrections should be visible, dated, and specific. A revision log distinguishes changes to wording from changes that alter a claim or its interpretation.

01

Report a possible error

The challenge policy explains how to identify a passage, cite the evidence, and explain the issue. Submissions are not currently enabled. Do not send private or sensitive information.

02

Review and verify

When submissions are enabled, reports will be reviewed before any action. Material changes will be checked against the cited source and other relevant evidence where possible.

03

Document the change

When a published factual error is corrected, the log should record the date, affected work, previous wording or claim, correction, and reason.

No published corrections yet

This log is empty because no books or investigations have been published through this site. Draft-stage research changes are not represented as public corrections.
